Basic information

Definition: The 7-shaped anchor bolt is a common embedded part, named after its shape resembling a "7", also known as an L-shaped anchor bolt, composed of bolts, nuts, washers, locking washers, etc.

Material: Generally made of Q235 steel, Q345B or 16Mn materials are used for processing with good strength, while 40Cr materials are also used for processing products with 8.8 strength. Occasionally, second grade or reputable threaded steel is also used for processing.

Form classification: There are different forms of wool, coarse rod, and fine rod. Raw materials, such as steel, are processed directly from round steel or wire without modification; Thick rods, also known as Type A, and thin rods, also known as Type B, are both made from steel that has been modified into the required rod diameter and processed accordingly.

characteristic

Simple structure: The structure of the 7-shaped anchor bolt is relatively simple, without complex components, mainly composed of a screw bent into a "7" shape. This simple structure makes it relatively easy to manufacture and install.

Easy installation: During installation, simply insert the straight part of the bolt into the pre drilled hole on the foundation, and then fix the equipment or structure on the foundation by tightening the nut, without the need for complex installation tools and techniques.

High bearing capacity: able to withstand large tensile and compressive forces, suitable for various occasions that require high bearing capacity, such as the fixation of heavy machinery and equipment, and the foundation fixation of high-rise buildings.

Wide applicability: It can be used for various types of foundations, such as concrete foundations, steel structure foundations, etc. It is also widely used in infrastructure construction projects such as construction engineering, industrial equipment installation, bridges, tunnels, etc.

Application scenarios

Building structure industry: In the foundation construction of buildings, 7-shaped anchor bolts are used to fix structural components such as columns and walls, confirming the safety and stability of the building during use. For example, in steel structure buildings, connecting steel columns to concrete foundations through 7-shaped anchor bolts can effectively transfer loads and resist external forces such as wind and earthquake loads.

Industrial equipment installation: commonly used for fixing heavy machinery equipment, such as machine tools, large generators, compressors, etc. These devices will generate significant vibrations and loads during operation. The 7-shaped anchor bolts can firmly fix the devices to the foundation, preventing displacement or damage due to vibration and confirming the normal operation of the devices.

Infrastructure construction: In infrastructure construction projects such as bridges and tunnels, 7-shaped anchor bolts are used to fix structural components such as bridge piers, abutments, and tunnel linings. Capable of withstanding large loads and impact forces, protecting the safety and integrity of bridges and tunnels under external forces such as vehicle loads and earthquakes.

installation

One time embedding method: When pouring concrete, embed the anchor bolts. When the tower is controlled by overturning, the anchor bolts should be buried in one go. The distance from the center of the buried anchor bolt to the edge of the foundation should not be less than 2d (d is the diameter of the anchor bolt), and should not be less than 15mm (when d ≤ 20, it should not be less than 10mm), and should not be less than half of the width of the anchor plate plus 50mm.

Reserved hole method: After the equipment is in place, clean the holes, place the anchor bolts into the holes, position and align the equipment, and then pour non shrinkage fine aggregate concrete that is higher than the original foundation, and compact it. When subjected to earthquake action, double nuts should be used for fixation, or other effective measures should be taken to prevent loosening, and the anchorage length of the anchor bolts should be increased by 5 days compared to the anchorage length under non earthquake action.
